Why Do We Fundraise?

Even though OCS provides good support for the bands, extras that boost student achievement and support off campus activities can only be afforded through the fundraising efforts of our students and parents.

By far, our largest fundraiser is working concessions at UNC Athletic Events. In the 2009-2010 school year, students and parents of the CRHS bands will staff
football and basketball stands. Click the concessions link to the right for more information on how to assist with concessions at UNC.

The money generated from working these events benefits ALL band programs and students at CRHS. 

The Boosters have several other fundraising projects designed to meet our budgetary needs.
